Course Outline
This program is an introductory course in applied Buddhist psychology, which helps you to understand step by step the workings of the mind deeply. We will help you to understand the existence and working of:
- The five senses-consciousnesses;
- The think-consciousness (manovijñana);
- The self-consciousness (manas);
- The store consciousness (alayavijñana.)
This course will bring you an understanding of your mind and awaken your wisdom to experience peace and happiness in your daily life.
